the license agreement accompanying it.

Release notes for this version of Netscape are available online. After
starting the program, select "Release Notes" from the "Help" menu.
This will take you to the URL
http://home.mcom.com/home/released/netscape/windows/relnotes-1.0N.html
which lists new features and known problems of this release.
To submit bugs or other feedback, use the "How To Give Feedback" option,
also in the "Help" menu, which will take you to the URL
http://home.mcom.com/home/how-to-give-feedback.html
If for some reason you cannot submit feedback using that form, you may send
email to win_cbug@mcom.com. Please be as specific as possible about the
version of Netscape you are using, your hardware configuration, and your

for the problem, including a URL.

Installation Instructions
==============================================================================
* Installation
To install Netscape move the self extracting archive (ns16-100.exe) to
a temporary directory and run it. Once the archive has extracted itself,
you should run the setup.exe program. The Netscape Setup program will
install Netscape in a directory of your choice (default of c:\netscape), add a
Netscape section to your WIN.INI file, and create a Program Manager
group and item.
* Initialization File
The self extracting archive for Netscape contains the initialization
file netscape.ini, which has entries for all of the values you can
customize for Netscape.
* Please read the release notes under "Help -> Release Notes".
* Yes, this is Mozilla.
